The House-Building Plant Project
JV LLC "LEADING FORCE COMPANY" has developed a project to create a modern house-building plant (hereinafter referred to as "DSK") based on modern technological equipment from leading German companies.
The Uzbek-Swiss joint venture "LEADING FORCE COMPANY" has been successfully operating in the Uzbek market since 1997.
JV LLC "LEADING FORCE COMPANY" carries out diversified production activities, namely:
- A plant for the production of polypropylene valve-type bags using Austrian AD*STAR technology. The plant is equipped with Austrian equipment from Starlinger.
The number of employees at this plant is 75. - PET production plant - Preforms and closures, employing 25 people.

- LLC "ELITE KONSTRUCTION OPTIMA" specializes in the production of crushed stone, sand, aggregates, and other inert materials.
The plant employs 80 people, the authorized capital is 5.94 billion soums.
The average annual working capital is 17 billion soums.
There is a license for the extraction and processing of sand and gravel mixture. - LLC "EURO GLOBAL INVEST" operates in the production of ready-mixed concrete.
The authorized capital is 10 billion soums.
Currently, the plant employs 20 people. - EURO GLOBAL ASPHALT LLC specializes in the production and laying of asphalt.
The plant employs 70 people, and its authorized capital is 3.89 billion soums.
The average annual working capital is 25 billion soums.
A 7-hectare plot of land, in close proximity to existing production facilities, has been allocated for the construction of the house-building factory.
This will significantly reduce transportation costs, and therefore lower the price of the housing itself.
The house-building factory and its house plans were designed by Moscow specialists from the Institute for Integrated Design of Residential and Public Buildings in collaboration with Uzbek architects.
Taking into account the local climate, seismic situation, and the cultural and architectural features of our republic,
The plant will be equipped with equipment from leading European companies.
The annual capacity of the factory will be 140,000 square meters. residential buildings.
30 9-story, two-entrance buildings, or 40 7-story, two-entrance buildings, or 50 5-story buildings will be built per year.
Customers will have freedom to choose their floor plans – As a result, each building can differ in the individual arrangement of rooms and spaces.
In terms of characteristics such as thermal and sound insulation, waterproofing, the new panel houses will meet modern international standards.
The main technological scheme for the production of precast concrete products includes a pallet circulation line, a cassette line, a concrete delivery line, a concrete mixing unit, and a reinforcement shop line.
The next important shop is the production line for stairways, elevator shafts, ventilation units, columns, and beams.
The total cost of the project is 34 million euros, of which 12 million euros are the company's own funds in the form of mining and production of inert materials, production of asphalt concrete mix, as well as equipment for road repair and asphalt paving, 5 million euros are current investments of own funds in the construction of the DSK plant, 17 million euros is the cost of equipment, requested investment.
